YOU will work closely with the HR Director to analyse companywide skills and capabilities and identify the gaps in between whilst building a global talent pipeline within our various territories.
YOU will handle the whole 360° when it comes to training and development programmes – from understanding what needs to be delivered, developing teaching aids, dedicating budgets, preparing certification, liaising with third parties, as well as, when needed, delivering training sessions through your excellent presentation skills.
YOU have the awesome ability to analyse data and create reports on performance and the progress of training programs to present senior management and support strategy formulation and informed decision-making.
YOU have a remarkable ability at building relationships. This will surely come in handy when interacting with educational institutions to foster partnerships and address skills scarcity in the industry.
