YOU believe that good customer service is more than ‘service with a smile’ and involves creating efficient processes which will aid easier shopping experiences.
YOU are patient and will fight to your death to close off customer complaints, even if it means liasing with internal operations to solve the issue at hand.
YOU have the proactivity to move mountains and will take joy at reviewing existing procedures, identifying inefficiencies, and creating new ways of improving our service to customers.
